Incredible Health in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical. The role covers diverse patient populations, with opportunities across day, night, and mid shifts in a Level 1 trauma center setting.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, with emphasis on discharge planning and patient education. Requires ADN or higher, RN license, BLS, and 1 year of med-surg experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher nursing degree.
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies.
