Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in the Rome, GA area. You will provide comprehensive nursing care for diverse patient populations, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with care teams. Strong EMR skills and BLS are required.

Shifts include day and night, with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Benefit-rich academic medical center setting with tuition assistance, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.

Salary: $59,030 to $77,630 /year
