Incredible Health is actively hiring in Fort Mill, SC for the Registered Nurse - Med Surg role. Nurses with experience in cardiac, neuro, oncology, orthopedics, wound care, or related areas are encouraged to apply and join our trauma-capable team.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree and RN licensure.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical settings.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions and outcomes, per policy.
