Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit in Duluth, GA. The role covers diverse medical-surgical patients, with opportunities to work day, night, or mid shifts and to choose from full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.

You will administer medications, monitor patients, and participate in discharge planning while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS, and EMR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
