Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a FT night shift Registered Nurse to join our team at Hernando Correctional Institution in Brooksville, FL. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs.

The RN must hold an Associate's degree, be licensed (or able to obtain), and be CPR certified; the position requires

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.
