IU Health in Indiana is seeking a dedicated PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ambulatory surgery center team. The role focuses on pre- and postoperative care within a dynamic, multispecialty setting.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience and an active Indiana RN license. This day-shift position offers flexibility without weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements, and opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Requires an ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: candidates with >2 years acute care experience may be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/ALS may be required per unit.

A well-established multispecialty ambulatory surgery center located in beautiful Southern Indiana is seeking a dedicated and professional PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

This is a day-shift position with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements, offering an excellent opportunity for an RN seeking flexibility and a rewarding work environment.

Our facility provides care across multiple surgical specialties, creating a dynamic and diverse clinical environment where no two days are the same. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, procedures, and clinical situations while collaborating with an experienced and supportive healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in pre-operative or post-operative nursing care. Candidates with experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Department (ED) will also be considered.

Qualifications:

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
