Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Maternal Fetal Medicine department. Full-time/part-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts 0745–1700, weekdays and potential Saturdays. Travel to other Endeavor Health sites as needed.

Responsibilities include independent nursing care in MFM, completing NSTs, applying the nursing process, supervising unlicensed staff, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care and positive patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN-accredited school of nursing.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA). NST certification strongly preferred.
• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Maternal Fetal Medicine Department.
• Complete NSTs.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Position: Registered Nurse ? Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Location: Evanston, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Generally scheduled between 0745- 1700 Monday -Friday (may eventually include some Saturdays)
• No holidays: no call
• Travel : Required to travel to other Endeavor Health sites when needed

What you will do:

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Maternal Fetal Medicine Department
• Complete NSTs

What you will need:

• Experience: 1 year of inpatient Labor and Delivery or High-Risk OB experience required
• Fetal Monitoring experience required
• Unique or Preferred Skills: NST and high-risk obstetrics experience
