Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence is looking for inpatient Registered Nurses to join our team.

The Heart and Vascular unit is a 34 bed acute care cardiovascular telemetry unit that specializes in post‑operative cardiac surgery patients, TAVR, and vascular surgery patients as well as cardiac post‑procedural patients.

Schedule

Part‑time Night Shift (7pm‑7:30am), every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield.

Pay

New Grad RN (0‑1 year of RN Licensure): $41.00.

Experienced RN (1+ year of RN Licensure): $42.66‑$65.00.

Qualifications

Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
