Job summary

Arcadia Care Auburn is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Auburn, IL. This full-time position offers a 2 pm - 10 pm shift and caregivers collaborate in a team-based environment to deliver high-quality resident care.

The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS standards. We provide growth, training, and a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
