Job Details

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Type: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6AM to 6PM), 3 days per week

Wages: $32-$45 per hour

Benefits include: 401(k) with company match, Medical/Dental/Life/Vision insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), up to $500/month Nursing Tuition Reimbursement.

Requirements
  • RN license in good standing
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to learn laws/regulations related to long-term care
Job Responsibilities
  • Ordering medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
  • Preparing and administering treatments/medications
  • Notifying physicians or family of resident condition changes
  • Providing nursing services like tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, irrigations
  • Monitoring seriously ill residents
  • Advocating for patients and ensuring care aligns with care plans and wishes
  • Completing accurate and timely charting
