New England Home Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our home health team in Watertown, MA. You will provide high-quality nursing care to medically complex pediatric clients in the home, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

You will work with a compassionate team to develop care plans, educate families, and coordinate services to meet patient needs in a home setting. Competitive hourly pay with potential bonuses.

Formación

• RN or LPN license in MA (required).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and BLS.
• Excellent communication with clients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in their home, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs.
• Educate clients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist with case management duties as needed, coordinating services for clients.

• Sat 9a-3p

Competitive hourly pay

• $38.00 to $60.34 based on discipline and experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in their home, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs.
• Educate clients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Requirements
