Job summary

Apex Recovery LLC (TN) is seeking a licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse to join the clinical team in our residential treatment program. Under supervision, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, document care plans, and educate clients and families about medications and conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a state approved LPN/LVN program with current active licensure.
• Experience in social services and/or treatment addiction medicine is preferred.
• Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and behavioral health needs and develop care plans.
• Transcribe and review physician orders and ensure accuracy.
• Administer medications per orders and monitor responses.
• Maintain medication accountability and document accurately.
• Coordinate with treatment team and participate in unit activities.
