We're hiring at Compass Adult Foster Care!

Compass Adult Foster Care helps people in Massachusetts get the daily care they need without leaving home. Through the MassHealth Adult Foster Care (AFC) program, members live in their own home or with their caregiver. Their caregiver is often a family member, friend or neighbor who is already helping them, and through Compass AFC that caregiver is trained and paid for the care they give. Every household gets ongoing support from a dedicated nurse and case manager.
