Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Havana, IL to provide high-quality care in a collaborative team setting. The role offers an hourly salary range of $40-$45 and supports growth, training and a leadership-focused culture.

Responsibilities include resident assessments, care plan development with other healthcare professionals, coordination with IDT, and supervision of CNAs. Active IL RN license and LTC experience preferred are required for the role.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license is required.
• Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Residents assessments.
• Care plan development with input from other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with IDT to optimize health outcomes.
