Responsibilities

• Direct nursing services to all residents on assigned neighborhood or program.
• Provide hands-on/on-the-job training to newly hired team members.
• Oversee physician orders and verify orders accurately.
• Supervise and provide leadership to clinical and non-clinical team members.
• Document resident’s condition and nursing needs accurately and timely.
