Saad Healthcare Services in Fairhope, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse Liaison Marketing to serve as the face of the company in Baldwin County.

This full-time role requires building trusted relationships with hospital case management, discharge planners, physician offices, and community partners while navigating home health and hospice needs.

Candidates must be licensed in Alabama (RN or LPN), possess strong communication, and be comfortable working independently and in the car.

Qualifications

• Home health, hospice, or post-acute clinical experience required.
• Existing Baldwin County relationships or the drive to build them.
• Ability to work independently and in car.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospital case management, discharge planners, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and community partners.
• Represent home health and hospice honestly; census matters and appropriate referrals matter too.
• Perform field work: rounds, in-services, lunch-and-learns, and follow-ups.
• Work with intake and clinical leadership to ensure clean handoffs so patients start care.
• Track activity and conversions; alert early when an account goes quiet or a competitor is involved.
• Stay compliant with anti-kickback, HIPAA, and admission criteria.

Clinical Liaison (RN or LPN) - Home Health & Hospice
Baldwin County

We are searching for a nurse who already knows how Baldwin County works.

Not a salesperson who learned a few clinical words. An RN or LPN who can sit with a case manager, read the chart, and tell the difference between a patient who needs home health and a patient who needs hospice - the hard conversations and decisions only clinical post acute experience can provide.

Someone referral sources already trust, or will trust quickly.

Saad Healthcare is a family-owned and family-operated since1967. We are looking for the person who will be our face in Baldwin County: Fairhope, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Foley, Gulf Shores, and the communities around them.

We are searching for someone who will

• Build and keep relationships with hospital case management, discharge planners, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and community partners.
• Represent both home health and hospice honestly. Census matters. So does the referral we should not have taken.
• Do the field work: rounds, in-services, lunch-and-learns, and the follow-up when a plan changes overnight.
• Work with intake and clinical leadership so the handoff is clean and the patient actually starts care.
• Track activity and conversions, and tell us early when an account is going quiet or a competitor is in the room.
• Stay inside the lines. Anti-kickback, HIPAA, and our admission criteria are part of the job.

Qualifications

• A current Alabama RN or LPN (compact license acceptable).
• Home health, hospice, or post-acute clinical experience. Liaison or marketing experience helps. Clinical judgment is required.
• Existing Baldwin County relationships, or the drive to build them.
• Someone comfortable working independently and being the only Saad person in the room.
• A clear communicator and a valid driver’s license. This job lives in the car.

Compensation is a competitive base plus performance incentives, mileage, health benefits, and PTO. You report to a local team.
