Job summary

Delta Oaks Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan and deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in our long-term care setting. You will uphold state and federal standards while guiding a bedside team to ensure dignity and quality at every shift.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in good standing, a Nursing degree (Associates or Bachelors), and knowledge of long-term care practices. New grads are welcome to apply as part of our growth and mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Knowledge of long-term care practices, terminology, laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents per standards and regulations.
• Lead and support LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal resident care.
