Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for part-time day shifts at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care within a collaborative patient care team and supporting patient-family engagement throughout the care continuum.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, participate in performance improvement activities, and uphold professional standards while supporting Shared Governance and safety

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with care teams to meet patient needs.
• Maintain clinical competence and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, assesses, and documents patient conditions and responses.

• Demonstrates patient- and family-centered care and communicates plans clearly to families.
