Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; bachelor's preferred.
• BLS certification required at hire; instructor or standard BLS acceptable.
• RN licensure required (Single State) or RN-Compact.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing services as part of the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Serve as front-line liaison between patient, family, providers, and care team members.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional competence.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; support shared governance.
• Mentor and precept other nurses; adhere to policies and code of conduct.
