Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.
• Candidates with 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide the care strategy.
• Collaborates with residents and healthcare team members.
• Records administration of medications or changes in patient condition.
• Monitors staff to follow safety regulations and facility procedures.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
