Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL seeks a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care per Illinois Act and hospital policies. Per diem role with rotating weekends and holidays, daytime hours 7 am–7:30 pm, 32-72 hours per 6 weeks.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Location: Elmhurst, IL

• Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hours/ per 6 week schedule

• Hours: Days 7 am to 7:30 pm including rotating weekends and rotating holiday’s

What you will do:

• Provides professional nursing care according in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies and procedures. Employs critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
