Job summary

Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery to provide direct patient care, assess and plan care with a multidisciplinary team, and support families through childbirth and postnatal care.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, ACLS/BLS, and neonatal resuscitation certification within specified timeframes; you will join a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.

Responsibilities

Job Summary And Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY: The RN staff nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Las Palmas Medical Center and the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates treatment plans and the plan of care.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
