Job summary

Mercy Health in Perryville, Missouri is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for PRN shifts. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, coordinate care with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications include RN licensure in Missouri (or compact), ADN/ Diploma/BSN, and BLS certification. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for long periods. Mercy offers a strong benefits package and team-centered environment.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

• License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

• Other: Physical Requirements: Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
