Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery care, including high‑risk patients and OR support.
- Serve as circulating nurse for C‑sections and other surgical procedures.
- Manage documentation, orders, and communication through Epic EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, anesthetists, and support staff to ensure safe, patient‑centered outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2years as an L&D RN (preferably with prior travel assignments); 3+ years preferred, including high‑risk cases. OR circulating experience required.
- Certifications: AWHONN (intermediate+), ACLS, BLS, NRP.
- Licensure: Valid RN in Massachusetts (must initiate upon offer).
- Skills: Proficiency with Epic inpatient EMR, strong critical thinking, ability to manage high‑acuity situations, and excellent communication skills.
