Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care of patients. This role involves correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and hospital policies. The position is specifically for a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse in a hospital setting with 12 L&D beds, maintaining a 2 to 1 patient ratio.

Job Title: Registered Nurse- L&D

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care of patients. This role involves correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and hospital policies. The position is specifically for a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse in a hospital setting with 12 L&D beds, maintaining a 2 to 1 patient ratio.

This position is in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Offering a sign-on bonus and relocation package if 50+ miles outside of town.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse.

This role is based in a full-service 180-bed hospital that offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology. The hospital is nationally recognized for patient safety and provides a friendly community setting. The work schedule involves night shifts with rotating weekends, featuring self-scheduling and weekend nurses. Shifts are from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotations including one weekend per quarter or more.

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. Ardently benefits active 1st day of the month after 30 days of employment.

This is a fully onsite position in Durant, OK.

This position is anticipated to close on Jun 27, 2025.
