  • Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
  • Uses the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide, delegate, supervise, document care, and educate patients and families.
  • Communicates pertinent patient/family information effectively to the healthcare team.
  • Participates in resolving variances from patient goals and ensures the implementation of solutions.

• Every other weekend and holiday rotations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BSN preferred.
