What you will do in this role:

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity
• Responsible for completing and revising the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement assessments
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
• CRRN preferred
• Minimum six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
