Lourdes Health System is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time, on-site role in New Jersey. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, guiding delegation to the nursing team and ensuring safe, effective delivery of services.

Requirements include an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) and NJ RN license. Hourly compensation ranges, with a comprehensive benefits package for employees.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of nursing care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the appropriate delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $45.04 - $62.57

The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
