Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during radiology procedures, collaborating with radiologists, technologists, and care teams to ensure safe, comfortable experiences.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with BLS, a BSN, and preferably IR or critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with compact license transfer within 60 days.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required; must obtain BSN within four years if <12 months experience.
• Preferred: IR/critical care experience; minimum 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments, planning, and care execution during radiology procedures.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

• Respond promptly to on-call needs, arriving within 30 minutes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license and valid compact license transfer within 60 days.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); those with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four years.
• Preferred: Prior experience in Interventional Radiology, critical care, or related specialties; minimum 2 years RN experience.
