Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology in Cumming, GA. You will assist radiologists during imaging and interventional procedures, administer IV contrast, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety before, during, and after tests.

Requires ADN or higher, an active RN license, 1 year of radiology/ICU experience, BLS and ACLS, and proficiency with EMR systems. Full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in radiology/ICU or high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures and contrast safety.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist radiologists during diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures.
• Administer and monitor IV contrast; address allergic reactions promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care, risks and benefits.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation per hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year experience in radiology, ICU, or a high-acuity clinical setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong understanding of radiologic and imaging procedures and safety protocols, including the use of contrast media
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists and other medical professionals during diagnostic imaging examinations and interventional radiology procedures
• Administer and monitor intravenous contrast agents, ensuring that any allergic reactions or complications are promptly addressed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide optimal patient care before, during, and after radiologic and diagnostic imaging procedures
• Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-procedure care, explaining the risks and benefits of radiologic tests and contrast agents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care in accordance with hospital and departmental policies
