Job summary

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking an Interventional Neuro RN to provide compassionate care to adults in a collaborative, patient-centered model. You will perform clinical assessments, manage treatment autonomously, and support imaging and neuro procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an RN license in Florida (or multistate license with 60 days to convert), BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, and no travel.

Qualifications

• BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
• Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

Responsibilities

• Circulates during procedures administering medications.
• Assesses patients and monitors conscious sedation.
• Documents patient care in nursing notes.
• Assists with transfer and transport of patients.
• Call rotation is required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic Interventional Neuro RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

• Works directly with and assists the Interventional Neuro Technologists and MDs in Interventional Radiology Interventional Neurology, and throughout the Imaging areas as needed.
• Circulates during procedures administering medications.
• Assesses patients, provides conscious sedation monitoring, assists with IVs.
• Documents patients care in nursing notes.
• Assists with the transfer and transport of patients.
• Call rotation is required.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree; Bachelor Degree preferred
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire/transfer
• ACLS within 90 days of hire/transfer
