Mercyhealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, medication administration, and patient and family education. Schedule is 36-hours per week, Days shift. Requires ADN with BSN preferred and RN licensure in state of practice, CPR/BLS within 90 days.
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, medication administration, and patient and family education. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, promote patient safety and a positive patient experience, and support continuity of care. Participates in performance improvement, shared governance, and professional nursing activities to maintain high standards of care.
