Job summary

Texas Health Huguley in Burleson, Texas, is recruiting for a full-time RN to provide high-quality patient care during the day shift (7:00am–7:00pm). You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families while collaborating with the care team.

Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, TX RN license, BLS, and strong communication skills; Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

Active Texas RN license.
Associate degree in nursing required.
BLS certification required.
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
Administer medications and treatments per order, ensuring patient safety.
Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
