Job summary

Novant Health Rowan Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care Unit (ICCU). This role provides care for higher-acuity patients, with emphasis on cardiac, respiratory, and complex medical conditions, including continuous monitoring and medication management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Nursing, active RN licensure in the state, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Novant Health Rowan Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care Unit (ICCU). This unit provides care for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and nursing care than a traditional medical-surgical unit. ICCU nurses care for complex cardiac, respiratory, and medical conditions while developing strong skills in patient assessment, continuous monitoring, medication management, and recognizing changes in patient condition. What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience:One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
