Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Intermediate unit to provide evidence-based nursing care to intermediate acuity patients with complex medical, cardiac, and post-procedural needs.

Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, telemetry monitoring, wound care, and discharge planning, while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and safe medication/IV administration practices.
• Ability to manage cardiac/telemetry monitoring and respond appropriately.
• Competence in wound care and post-procedural nursing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient/family education skills.
• Commitment to collaborative care and continuous improvement.
