Job summary

NurseDeck Inc is seeking an ICU RN to provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, invasive monitoring, and organ support. This role requires rapid decision-making, precise patient assessment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications, at least 2 years of recent ICU experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EPIC electronic health records in a fast-paced environment.

This role demands a highly skilled nurse who can think critically and act quickly in a challenging environment, ensuring optimal care for high-acuity patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing life-threatening conditions.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators as needed.

• Assess and document patient conditions accurately in electronic ealth records (EHR).

License/Certification:
