Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

• Operate life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
• Assess patient conditions and intervene promptly in emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations.
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with hospital policies.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
• Support patient transfers and coordinate care across departments.

Certifications
