McLaren Health Care is seeking a licensed nurse in Michigan to assess and treat patient responses, coordinate care, and participate in a clinical ladder. You will rely on clinical judgment to diagnose and manage needs, report to the shift Team Leader and Department Manager, and follow the CPM and Caring-Quality Model to guide practice.
The role requires BLS certification and a nursing license. This is a full-time position with night hours and on-call duties as described in the posting.

Uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions. Assesses, monitors, detects, plans and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications and promotes optimal level of health. Accountable for integrating care within scope of practice licensure, relevant education and experience. Reports to shift Team Leader and is accountable to the Department Manager. Utilizes Policies and Procedures to guide job duties. Level specific criteria are evaluated annually and can be found in the MNM Clinical Ladder.
