Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The unit has 20 beds, serving adults and geriatrics, with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. The environment utilizes EPIC EMR and includes responsibilities such as:

• Monitoring critically ill patients on telemetry and ventilators
• Managing post-cardiac arrest care, intracranial hemorrhages, strokes, and other neurological emergencies
• Performing procedures like sheath removal, IV insertions, and vascular access
• Using advanced equipment such as EV1000, Hemispheres, CRRT, Doppler, and cerebral oximetry
• Administering medications including vasopressors, sedatives, paralytics, and others

Minimum Requirements

• Registered Nurse with ICU or MICU experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Valid RN license (Compact accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of ICU experience, including CVP, IABP, ECMO management
• Experience with EPIC EMR and travel nursing
