REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Nurse, ICU Experience: 2 years
• Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS-AHA (Copy needed); BLS-AHA (Copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• Must have 2 years RN Case Management experience, with experience in a long-term acute care setting, including discharge planning, clinical case management, and utilization review
• Candidate must have experience working at a Kindred Hospital
