Requirements

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with ICU experience: 2 years
• Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
• SSN and DOB required
• Driver’s License copy on file

Additional Requirements:

• Flu Vaccine (declinations accepted with documentation from religious leader or doctor)
• No block requests or travel pairs allowed
• Meditech EMR experience
