- A 396-bed tertiary care facility located in Indiana's second-largest city, Fort Wayne, known for high quality of life, low cost of living, and warm Hoosier Hospitality.

- Build your resume at our Level 2 Adult & Pediatric Trauma Center, northern Indiana's only heart and kidney transplant programs, an accredited bariatric surgery center, a commendable community hospital cancer care program, and a certified primary stroke center.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ICU RN experience
• Proficient in care of critically ill neuro and trauma patients
• Floating required
• Department scrub color: Navy
• EMR: Cerner

Additional Requirements

• Registered Nurse, ICU

• Licenses: RN (Compact accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (copies needed), CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
• SSN and DOB required
• One reference in entire work history
• 50-mile radius rule applies
