Job summary

Methodist Celina Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 12X3 Night shift to provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process. You will supervise other team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure developmentally appropriate care for patients.

Requirements include a Texas RN license or eligibility, BLS certification, ACLS as required by the department, and at least 6 months of critical care experience. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Texas RN licensure or eligibility.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current ACLS certification as required by department.
• Work experience: at least 6 months of critical care RN experience.

Your Job:

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Current additional certifications as required by department ACLS
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: at least 6 months critical care RN experience
