Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care to a specific population, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities include data collection, age- and disease-specific assessments, and developing and implementing a comprehensive plan of care with ongoing communication to patients and families. Requires NJ RN license and BLS/CPR within 60 days.

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Education:

• Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required


• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire

Experience:

• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR participation in Nurse Residency Program

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in NJ


• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire


• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible
