HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team. The RN will advocate for patients and families, following established nursing models to support exceptional outcomes and department performance.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in Nursing; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred
• 1 year applicable experience Required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
