Baystate Franklin Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mental Health Unit in Greenfield, MA!

DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:
24/7 Supervision and Care: Staff, including psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and social workers, are available around the clock to monitor patients, administer treatment, and provide therapeutic support.
Structured Environment: The unit offers a structured daily routine that helps patients manage symptoms, with activities such as therapy sessions, group counseling, medication administration, and wellness monitoring.
Safety and Security: The environment is designed to keep patients and staff safe, with restricted access, and protocols in place to manage potential risks.
SCHEDULE:
32 hours per week
Third shift
Four 8-hour shifts a week (11P-730A)
Third shift differential pay.
Every other weekend and holiday (with weekend and holiday differential pay)

QUALIFICATIONS:
MA Registered Nurse License
Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
American Heart Association BLS CPR (can be obtained after offer)
