Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to join the Infusion Services team. The role supports ambulatory patient care, collaborates with pharmacy and providers, and participates in care planning and evaluation.

The nurse will assess health needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with staff to deliver patient-centered care. A strong focus on communication, advocacy, and professional development is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• RN license required.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes appropriate nursing judgments.
• Coordinates care and directs assistive personnel to ensure safe, effective care.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the health care team.
• Identifies resources needed to implement the care plan and advocates for patients.
• Maintains annual education requirements and participates in quality improvement activities.
