Novant Health’s RN Infusion position in Cornelius is an outpatient, patient-centered role delivering safe, high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team. You’ll coordinate treatment plans with physicians, APPs, and other team members while building authentic relationships with patients and families.

You will educate patients and caregivers about therapies, monitor responses, and support families as they navigate care.

Qualificações

• RN licensure in appropriate state required.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.

What We Offer

The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital leader within the healthcare team at Novant Health, delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in an outpatient infusion setting. This role focuses on building authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems while coordinating care across a multidisciplinary team.

The RN collaborates closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, implement treatments, and evaluate outcomes. Utilizing evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassion, the nurse guides patients through their healthcare journey, promoting optimal health wellness, and quality of life.

• We are now giving supportive immunotherapy and chemotherapy infusions as well as non-oncology multi-specialty infusions.
• Will need to either already have their chemo competency or be willing to get it within 6 months of hire.
• NH Infusion Cornelius is caring for the peds and adolescent population at AIC's 13 years or older and 50kgs to infuse
• Float to other sites within the Charlotte region.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
