As the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of our home care services. Job Responsibilities (RN)

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

• Active RN License – valid and unrestricted RN license in the state of operation
• CPR Certification
• Preferred: Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Clinical Experience – 2-3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing
• IV Infusion Therapy – proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN with minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Wound Care – provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and NPWT/Wound VAC management
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently
• Flexibility & Availability – comfortable with on-call responsibilities and emergencies

Nice to Haves:

• Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience – familiarity with BrightStar Care’s business model is a plus
• Sales & Business Development Mindset – ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners
