BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical operations, plan of care, and staff supervision across our home care services. The RN will ensure high-quality patient care in our multi-site network.

The right candidate will oversee infusion management, regulatory compliance, and a supportive team, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule in the Greater Boston area.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV infusion therapy expertise.
• Wound care experience including NPWT/Wound VAC.
• Flexibility and on-call availability.
• Reliable car and driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians.
• Conduct in-home assessments ensuring regulatory compliance.

Salary: $50-60 per hour depending upon the experience and case complexity.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualification and Requirements

Must Haves

• Required: Active RN License – Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
• Required: CPR Certification
• Preferred: Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Clinical Experience – At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy Expertise – Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition) with minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Wound Care - Provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT/Wound VAC management).
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Flexibility & Availability – Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies

Nice to Haves

• Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience – Familiarity with BrightStar Care’s business model is a plus.
• Sales & Business Development Mindset – Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
